Marielle has lived in Australia, France—and now, the United States! She studied business, literature, and film at university, and has worked in technology, finance, knowledge content writing, and website design. In 2012, she founded Cereal Readers, an online resource of series books for children and young adults. Marielle is passionate about books for younger readers, especially stories that feature resilient and engaging characters on crazy, escapist adventures. Benjamin Bookmark came to life after many fruitless searches for her son's bookmarks amidst the bedcovers!
