Lynne Avril

Lynne Avril grew up in Montana and received her BA in art from the University of Montana, but has lived in Arizona ever since. She has been a painter throughout the years, but may be best known as the illustrator of the young Amelia Bedelia book series.

Lynne has illustrated well over 100 books in her career, however, her paintings are the visual journals of her life, reflecting her thoughts, travels, and music (she's a bass player too!). These are all things she likes to share as she travels along the road of life!
